    Order Processing & Cancellation

    All orders at ACKERMTECH undergo comprehensive quality testing and configuration before shipment. Due to our specialized calibration process for high-performance printing and networking equipment, order processing typically takes 3-5 business days (extended compared to standard electronics retailers). During peak seasons, processing may require 5-7 business days to ensure optimal device performance. Order cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of purchase by emailing [email protected]. Beyond this period, your order enters our technical preparation phase and cannot be canceled, though our extended return window provides adequate flexibility for reconsideration.


    Returns & Exchanges

    We guarantee the performance and quality of our professional-grade equipment. You may return unopened items in their original sealed packaging within 30 days of delivery (significantly extended from standard electronics return policies). For exchanges, we provide 45 days to accommodate the technical verification process required for premium printers and networking devices. Initiate returns through www.ackermtech.com and select your preferred resolution. Note: Custom-configured systems, opened software, and specially ordered items marked "Non-Returnable" are excluded from standard returns.


    Return Conditions

    To maintain our professional equipment standards, returns must meet strict criteria: (1) Original packaging must be intact with all protective materials (2) All included accessories, cables, and documentation must be present and unopened (3) Security seals and manufacturer stickers must remain unbroken. Our technical team conducts comprehensive 7-point inspections upon receipt. Products failing inspection will be returned to you at your expense within 14 business days with a detailed technical assessment report explaining the rejection reasons.


    Refund Processing

    Refunds require 10-14 business days after we receive and verify your return—this extended timeframe accounts for our thorough technical evaluation and quality assurance protocols. The refund amount excludes original shipping charges and any return shipping costs. For payments processed through PayPal or credit cards, additional 3-5 banking days may be necessary before funds reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing timelines.


    Shipping Responsibilities

    Customers are responsible for return shipping expenses unless the return results from our error (incorrect item shipment or manufacturer defects). We strongly recommend using insured, tracked shipping methods with adequate protection—ACKERMTECH cannot assume liability for return packages lost in transit. For high-value exchanges exceeding $500, we provide prepaid shipping labels with full insurance coverage (deducted from your refund if the label remains unused).


    Damaged/Defective Items

    Report technical issues or shipping damage within 14 days of delivery by contacting [email protected] with detailed photographs/videos demonstrating the problem. Our support team will arrange complimentary return shipping and expedite replacement (subject to inventory availability) or process a complete refund including original shipping costs. This exception to our standard policy underscores our commitment to delivering flawless professional equipment performance.


    Special Circumstances

    Custom-configured systems, specialized firmware installations, and bulk orders are considered final sale. For holiday season purchases (November 20 - December 31), the return window extends through January 31. Enterprise-grade networking equipment and commercial printing systems have separate warranty and return policies—consult your account manager. ACKERMTECH reserves the right to limit returns from customers demonstrating excessive return patterns (exceeding 35% of total orders) to maintain sustainable business operations.
